We may share information with Pinterest about you, your email address, your visits to Lifefactory.com site, or purchases you made from us, or information about your interests from a third-party service, which Pinterest might use to help show you ads. Sometimes we give Pinterest access to this information through the Pinterest Tag (a piece of code on our site), which delivers insights to Pinterest and its ad partners about actions that a person takes on the website after viewing an ad on Pinterest. Some users may access our Website through TikTok advertisements or TikTok app/account. We may share your information with TikTok about the purchases you make, for example, order details, which may include orderID, order confirmation or failure, place order click info, cart information (product details, price, total, etc.), and payment info. We may also share buyer billing info and delivery info, which may include name, phone, email, and address. Also, TikTok may be able to access In-App checkout component data, which may include component metadata such as user entry into the checkout flow and store URL. We may also allow TikTok to access other information about how you use our website, and TikTok may use that information to provide measurement services and to target advertising, unless you have opted out using the tools provided.
We also may permit other vendors to access your information to help us manage on online store or process orders.
We also may receive personal information or deidentified information from third parties about how you interact with advertisements, social media posts, or giveaways/sweepstakes, any of which may occur on influencer, affiliate marketing, third party brand channel or sites.
Retailers: Sometimes we fulfill order for our products from third party retailers. In those cases, the third party retailer will share your name, shipping information, and other information we need to ship or fulfill the order. Before we provide a substantive response to your request, we may ask you for certain identifying information to confirm your identity and your right to access the Personal Information that we hold about you or that you are authorized to access your Personal Information if you are an agent. We may also ask you to describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. In certain circumstances as permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request to change, transfer, or provide details about your Personal Information.

Limit Use of sensitive Personal Information – Thermos may receive sensitive Personal Information to provide its products and services to its customers, including for example, managing warranty claims, providing payments to its vendors, and assessing/managing product safety and related risks. Subject to certain exceptions, you may have the right to limit our use of your sensitive Personal Information by using the “Your Privacy Choices” link found on our Site.
Appeal: Under your state’s law or another applicable law, you may have a right to appeal any decision with make with respect to your data. When applicable, Thermos would process such appeal as required by law.
Thermos will not discriminate against you in the event you exercise any of the aforementioned rights under the CCPA or other applicable laws, including, but limited to, by:
Deny good or services to you;
Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;
Providing a different level or quality of good or services to you; or
Suggesting that you will receive a different price or rate for good or services or a different level or quality of good or services.

From time to time, we may provide financial incentives (e.g., a discount code for a purchase on Lifefactory.com) in association with you providing us with personal information (e.g., email address) or agreeing to receive emails from us. However, the value of such discount is reasonably related to the value provided by the consumer.
Automated Decision Making
We or our vendors may use artificial intelligence or other automated decision-making procedures to make decisions about delivering advertisements, social media content, emails, suggesting additional products that may interest you, or messages to you or other users and for chat-based or related customer service (e.g., order tracking, attempting to provide responses to consumer questions, etc.). Our vendors may use the data collected about you to provide, assess, and update their own services and train their artificial intelligence tools. By entering information into our chat function, you consent to the processing and use for training an artificial intelligence model run by our vendor. The goal of such artificial intelligence is to provide prompt responses. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential information to us using the chat function.
